Hours of Business Office Operation are from 8:00 – 4:30. All visits to our facility are billed to patients insurance gathered at time of registration for the convenience of each patient. Any co-pays and deductibles are expected to be paid in full at time of service while any that cannot be paid is discussed individually for payment arrangements if need be for the convenience of the patient. We are responsible for the billing as well as all follow-up to ensure quick turn-around for payment has been made. All primary insurance is billed as well as all secondary. Patient is only billed once all insurances have been satisfied.
Difficult accounts may involve patient involvement which at that time staff will contact patients for input or needed information in order to help get claims paid. Specialty collectors are hired within our department. We consist of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, B/C and HMO/PPO collectors. Each very knowledgeable in the insurance they are responsible for.
